Callum is a Rural Business Consultant based in Laurence Gould’s Melrose office. He joined the firm in January 2019, having graduated from Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) in 2017 with an Honours degree in Agriculture.

Raised on a sheep and beef farm in the Scottish Borders, Callum combines first-hand farming experience with professional expertise. Before joining Laurence Gould, he worked with an arable contract farming business in East Lothian, gaining valuable insight into large-scale crop production.

Callum now advises clients across Scotland on all aspects of farm business consultancy, with particular strengths in financial planning, subsidy support and business strategy. He is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and a registered FACTS adviser.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys walking his black Labrador, Meg, staying active, and following rugby.
