Tom joined the Newmarket team in 2004 supporting the farm advisory team.

He is now involved with delivering management advice to farmers in the eastern counties and also undertakes farm appraisal work, agri-environment applications, provides advice under Catchment Sensitive Farming and completes applications for grant funding under the RDPE.

Involved with Freshstart and was coordinator for the Essex academy.
